Hot Relief: To use it as a "hot" pack, microwave for about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes
(a little longer if you need more warmth). Put it in a plastic bag if you
want to keep it dry. If too hot, wrap in a towel. Place on lower back or on
the lowest part of the belly for labor pains. May stay warm for 30 minutes
or longer, and can be reheated. To reheat, remove from plastic bag.
Cold Relief: Simply put it in the freezer for several hours in a plastic bag. May relieve
back pain in labor if you prefer cold to hot.
