Why
Should I Make Order Forms Available for the LaborGear Bag During Class?
Once your account is set-up and approved, we issue a special code to
identify your organization for each order we receive from your class.
Then we contribute a percentage of the order to your special
fund account (see example
below). Your organization and/or hospital’s
educational program can request a payout of these funds to use for donating to a charity of your choice,
providing food/refreshments, materials, and etc. for your various classes,
or other ideas that you may have. You
may even be aware of a special case where there is a troubled pregnancy that
needs financial support. We’re
very flexible.
What if I Decide NOT to
Use the LaborGear Bag for Class Demonstrations?
Although we believe this is an exceptional product and feel that you
will love it too, we understand circumstances change. Simply contact
us to return the LaborGear Bag to us in good condition and/or to
request a payout of the balance of your special fund. We feel
this is a fair request in honoring our partnership with you. And, of
course, we would like to know "why?"
Why
Do You Apply a Percentage of the Order to a "Special Fund" vs.
Offering a Lower Price?
The
LaborGear Bag is already an exceptional value for the price.
This method of allocating a percentage of the orders you take during
CB classes supports the corporate mission of Family4Life.
We contribute 10% (or more) of the annual net profit to various
organizations who help families, troubled pregnancies, pre-mature birth,
single-mom households, and more. Through
the CEP program, Family4Life is able to do more, reach more families, and
become involved at the local level. As
you designate where/how you would like the funds to be used, it enables us
to help you, help your class attendees, and get involved more directly at a
more personal level.
How Do I
Know How Much Funds Are Available?
When your account is set-up and approved, we build a web-link especially for
your organization so that you can view this information online, 24 hours a
day. You will be able to see your running total of orders taken using
your location code (LC-located at the top of the in-class order forms you'll
receive in your starter kit) and the amount of available funds. We also keep a history of the amount of
funds requested by date and named event.
In
the example below, a total of 50 orders have been received with $90 of
the special fund account requested, and $60 remaining:

When Can I Make a Fund Request?
Anytime you choose. Simply contact us to tell us how much and for
what cause. You can use the funds for anything you choose as long it
supports childbirth education, charities for pregnancy, labor, delivery,
children, or families, or anything else that helps families. You may
need tools, manuals, brochures, or even refreshments for your next CB
class. OR, you may even know of a less-fortunate family who needs
financial help or support with things like diapers, formula, etc.
Again, we are very flexible.
What If My Healthcare
Organization Does Not Accept These Funds?
We
understand that certain hospitals and organizations do not accepts funds,
incentives, or promotional items for their referrals of our products.
We still allocate a percentage of the total orders taken from your
classes and give this back to helping other families.
You'll still feel good knowing that each time a class attendee orders
the Original Family4Life LaborGear Bag, a portion of that order is going to
help support family values, family morals, and other childbirth education
organizations.
