Enrolling in a local Childbirth Education Class is
important, especially for first-time parents. We
recommend taking as many classes as possible about
pregnancy, labor and delivery, and lactation
(breastfeeding). We also encourage Dads to go
too! Most hospitals offer classes, and usually
free of charge. Be sure to check with your local
healthcare providers to obtain a listing of Childbirth
Educational Courses, and enroll today!
